One of the first hurdles when starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is getting to grips with how to tie your belt, In any class you attend the instructor or more experienced students will always be on hand to assist you. With our younger students especially we are always on hand to help them tie their belt and start to assist them in learning how to tie their belt for themselves. As with any new skill the best way to learn how to do it is to start practicing!
